Aluminium composite panel is an up-to-date material the use of which can help to solve the most complicated architectural tasks.

Aluminium composite panels consist of two external aluminum sheets and a plastic or mineral core. Such structure favorably differentiates them from other cladding materials due to unique properties:

  • Excellent flatness. Due to high material rigidity and unique technology of continuous lamination it is possible to manufacture panels with a perfectly even surface. An ideal façade is achieved by choosing aluminium sheets of the necessary thickness

  • It is possible to manufacture products of a complicated form, including radial and elliptical, with sharp of rounded corners

  • Aluminium composite high rigidity allows to use large-sized cassettes for building cladding, offering broad design possibilities, facilitating a mounting procedure and reducing the installation time

  • Homogeneous and stable color. A new painting technology and a high-quality PVDF coating ensure 100% color retention and homogeneousness for a long period of time

  • Light-weight panels. The panel composite structure ensures high rigidity of the light-weight material, reducing the load on the foundation and framework of the building

  • Fire-resistance. Composite panels with a mineral core are non-flammable and do not sustain combustion

  • Sound insulation. Aluminium composite panels have better sound insulation characteristics in comparison with other materials of the same weight (steel, aluminium, etc)

  • A broad range of colors. A selection of standard colors and any other RAL color is available upon request

  • Simple processing. Composite panels are easy to cut, bend, mill, drill with the help of wood - and metalworking tools and equipment

  • Environmental resistance, durability.

acp_6Application of aluminium composite panels

Due to their advantages composite panels are suitable for various applications, but they are primarily used as an external cladding material in the systems of suspended ventilated facades (SVF) for construction and modernization of buildings and structures. Composite panels are also used for cladding of eaves and entrance roof overhangs, manufacturing of suspended ceilings, cornices, columns, barrier walls, office partitions.

The face of an aluminium composite panel has a 3-layer PVDF coating, which ensures perfect anticorrosion protection, excellent coating resistance to wear and environmental influences. The back of the panel is protected with an anticorrosion polyester coating of 7-8 micron, The face of the panel is covered with a protective film to prevent damage during transporting and mounting, which should be taken off immediately after placing in the permanent location.

Aluminium composite panels can be supplied in different overall thickness and different thickness of aluminium sheets. The Composite panels with overall thickness of 4mm and cover sheets thickness of 0.5mm/0.5mm represent the most efficient solution for suspended ventilated facade systems for buildings with any number of floors.

Standard panel size is 1250х5700 mm. Panels with the thickness of 1000,1500 mm and length of 1-6 meters can be supplied upon request.

The main competitive advantage of aluminium composite, in comparison with other cladding materials is a possibility to transform a flat sheet into any nonlinear form (radial or elliptic) and to manufacture one-piece (monoblock) products of a complicated form for easy cladding of buildings of any architectural complexity.

Large sizes, low weight and aluminium composite panels sheets rigidity allow to manufacture cassettes of big formats, ensuring minimal installation time without using additional machines and equipment at construction site.
