Environmental resistance, durability.
Due to their advantages composite panels are suitable for various applications, but they are primarily used as an external cladding material in the systems of suspended ventilated facades (SVF) for construction and modernization of buildings and structures. Composite panels are also used for cladding of eaves and entrance roof overhangs, manufacturing of suspended ceilings, cornices, columns, barrier walls, office partitions.
The face of an aluminium composite panel has a 3-layer PVDF coating, which ensures perfect anticorrosion protection, excellent coating resistance to wear and environmental influences. The back of the panel is protected with an anticorrosion polyester coating of 7-8 micron, The face of the panel is covered with a protective film to prevent damage during transporting and mounting, which should be taken off immediately after placing in the permanent location.
Aluminium composite panels can be supplied in different overall thickness and different thickness of aluminium sheets. The Composite panels with overall thickness of 4mm and cover sheets thickness of 0.5mm/0.5mm represent the most efficient solution for suspended ventilated facade systems for buildings with any number of floors.
Standard panel size is 1250х5700 mm. Panels with the thickness of 1000,1500 mm and length of 1-6 meters can be supplied upon request.
